All around a pretty good chicken place. You get a pretty good amount of food for the price that you pay and they're usually quick too. Would highly recommend giving them a try
I don't understand how they have low rated reviews. Food is the same like other Kiki's (very good) and the owners were always nice with me, double checking and showing me the to-go order.
Walked in at 10:45 and patiently waited in line, cashier was on the phone. Ok. By 10:55 she was still on the phone without acknowledging me so I googled the Kikis and it turns out they open at 11. I also work as a cashier and a simple “Hey we open at 11 but feel free to wait” would've done so much.. She said she was on the phone with her manager when I brought it up which is not a big deal, but I’m sure any manager would suggest quick communication with the customer. Giving 4 stars because it’s clean, the food is good and last time I came the service was great. Communication is key!
Great food. Poor service unless it’s owner or their family. Kiki’s sauce isn’t the same as other locations. But good food like you l would expect

Customer service was awesome, they do great at multitasking and politeness. Also the environment when dinning in is clean and good vibes .
