La Porta Restaurant & Bar

We were in the downtown of Sac, but we heard very good things about this place and decided to drive there, we did not regret it. The atmosphere is great, music, decoration. They were a little understaffed, but the waitresses did a great job with an amazing attitude.
We ordered the 18” Como pizza and it was delicious and we are very happy with the experience.

Where to start? La Porta is so thoughtfully executed. A great place to take people who like different crusts since there are four crust options each with their own curated topping options. The Caesar salad was well dressed. The pizza (pictured) was balanced and delicious. Service was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu.

We ordered three pizzas for delivery - the Asti, Vicenza and Catania. All were amazing. All were different from each other -- so much variety, which meant something for everybody (including a hubby, baby and THREE ten-year-old boys). EVERYBODY was satisfied since everybody has different tastes. The Vicenza was so good -- I have never had Gorgonzola on a pizza. Tasty!!! The Asti was a thin crust -- loved the mushrooms. It smelled divine and had delicious flavors. The Catania had the most amazing thick / buttery / crispy (on the outside) crust. I am still dreaming about it. For the Catania -- I have never tried hot honey on a pizza -- a first for me (but won't be the last time). I highly recommend this place. We will be back.

We were so excited to hear about a new pizza spot and couldn't wait to try it! Probably the best decision of my entire life- no, I'm not exaggerating. We were 6 people so this was a perfect amount of food for us.

Every single person around the table was VERY impressed. The staff is very nice. Great vision for patrons to enjoy. A unique artisan experience with high quality ingredients.
