Very good traditional steak tacos w/gratis chips too. Very clean and friendly with music playing.

First timer, I was in the neighborhood and decided to give them a try. Ordered 2 regular burritos (one asada, one grilled chicken). I prefer the asada over the chicken. My real complaint is the amount of red rice they put in there. If it was flavored no issue, but it's there to just take up space. They could improve on their salsa as well. Lacks flavor and very watery. Chips are cold and boring. But it's definitely better than some of the other spots on the block. Solid 3/5

it's actually pretty nice on the inside, also has a cute little patio area. It was clean and well maintained. Food was good, the lengua could've been better but I've had worse. Salsa was good. Oh, the chips station was very low on the chips so that was kinda not good

Just happened upon this place and saw the sign saying it is over of the best places in Sacramento. I ordered their Huevos Rancheros and thought it was average. I have had better tasting Huevos Rancheros at other places. So it was a bold claim to say they are the best. It wasn't greasy, it just didn't taste as fresh as other places I have been to. Even the corn tortillas tasted a bit stale like their chips you pick from a bin by yourself. They offer several different sauces you dip with the chips.

Portion size is just right. Prices are a bit on the higher side for this cuisine. It is a family friendly restaurant and had plenty of parking in front. They have a large menu to choose from. With many meat offerings for your dish. The service was first rate and staff were very friendly. It is just too bad the food wasn't as good as their service.
