Pho Co Ba Saigon is a gem for pho enthusiasts. The rich, aromatic broth is a highlight, infused with layers of flavors from spices and herbs. The generous portions of tender chicken, along with fresh herbs and bean sprouts, create a satisfying bowl. The ambiance is cozy and authentic, adding to the overall dining experience. Our server Tony was amazing. He was very tentative, offered his recommendations and gave us a special ginger sauce too!
Overall, it's a great spot for a comforting bowl of pho. 11/10 recommend this place.

Found our favorite new restaurant in Sacramento at Pho Co Ba Saigon. The two of us usually order the family dinner comprised of Vietnamese sour soup with catfish, caramelized catfish in claypot and a stir fried vegggies with chicken. The food is authentic and tasty and the service is consistently good. I would describe the atmosphere as “comfortable”, typical of other restaurant. Overall, a 5 out of 5.

We make the 35 miles drive to this restaurant about once every two weeks. Stop by. You won’t be disappointed.

The establishment has a new owner. The service is good. I can not give a full review on the food. I will say that what I had ordered is good. I always start with Pho and then rice plate. The pho is rich, and on the sour side, it has the perfect meat portion. As for the noodle, it's up to each customer. If you love noodles more than meat, then you'll have to ask for extra noodles. The pho sizes are standard, I'd go with a medium with extra noodles. The large is a bit of a challenge because there's too much broth. As for the rice plate, I had the bone in pork chop with rice. It was on point, I also had the privilege of ordering deep-fried calamari, which is on point. Don't mistake it for hot stir fry calamari. Will be looking forward to my next visit.

Word of advice. If it's not too much, it would be nice to have pictures of the food in the menu. I wouldn't go as far as printing it onto the menu, but a wall of picture should do the job.

Pho dac biet: is so so good, good noodle consistency, great portions of meat, the broth was so so good!
