Post Oak Barbecue

His brisket is true to form. Smoker is great! His sauce, not so much. I'm a professional pit master not only in Houston, Texas, but also California where I compete professionally on the circuit, so I'm a bit biased and was "dragged there" by an individual that hasn't a clue about the BBQ game. But again, his brisket was spot on and enjoyed every bit of it. ????????

Want real BBQ ? This place is worth checking out from briskets to Tri Tips, or ribs to their good tasting side dishes it a place you will want to try out to dine in or take out. It's a small place but if it keeps having great tasting BBQ it just may continue to grow. Will come to dine again. Friendly service.

We like a lot going out. Last night we arrived in this superb restaurant which friends recommended to us. We spent a beautiful experience there with excellent food and an efficient stuff and a distinguished cook. We put this restaurant in our list and we shall certainly come back soon. We warmly recommend.

I've only been to the restaurant once, but I've eaten at the food truck several times. The food is always excellent. Post Oak has great customer service to go along with the great food. I love the brisket, beef ribs, and the mac and cheese. The peanut slaw is also good. I will definitely be back and can't wait to try the pastrami.

I ordered the ribs first time being here and the ribs were to die for full of flavor tender fall off the bone smoked ribs yum. I also ordered the Mac and cheese side and potatoes salad very very good. My new favorite rib spot by far. Thank you Post Oak keep doing what you are doing.
