Atmosphere was relaxing. Tables were spaced apart, view of outdoor patio from any table, food was flavorful. Went during happy hour, otherwise menu is a bit pricey.
Fantastic, fresh, flavorful, high quality food.
Nice, fun setting, ambiance, attentive service.
Good impression on our 1sr time. Will be back for more.
Amazing presentation/service/pho. They have the most insanely good reverse happy hour in all of Sacramento! This is a place for the soup addicts!
We happened upon this restaurant while they were having a soft opening. They were very welcoming and the restaurant was very nice.
Cary was our waiter, and he was very helpful answering my questions about the food (I'm more of a meat & potatoes kind of guy). I ordered the combination rice plate, and my wife ordered the Saigon Alley pho.
When my dinner arrived, it had a beef skewer, a chicken skewer, shrimp, chicken egg roll, as well as lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and pickled carrots.
The beef was nice, but the shrimp & chicken were amazing! Delicious! I was amazed with the flavor of the chicken; there was kind of a high note that made it sing.
Although I don't like pickled foods, the pickled carrots were lightly pickled. I enjoyed nibbling on them & would have them in the future.
The pho came with a pot of hot broth that Cary poured over the bowl of ingredients. I had a taste, and loved it.
Very glad we happened upon this restaurant and we will definitely be returning. Saigon Alley Kitchen & Bar is definitely our new favorite restaurant.
I am Vietnamese and their Pho is really GOOD! The broth is very flavorful and the rare beef is very tender. Good meatballs too. I thought it was pretty cool that they pour the broth right there at the table for you. Overall, good food and service.
