Starbucks

I ordered from my phone. They let me know when it was ready. All I had to do was go pick it up. You park in designated space. Let them know your there. And they do the rest. Love it.

The staff are kind and friendly. When I got to the window, the server (Diana) told me that they were out of the samdwichs and to make it up she gave me a choice of any item on the menu and my drink free. That is excellent customer service right there!

Every time we come here whether male or female everyone is super polite and professional! I want to give a big shout out to Nicole for recommending the Strawberry Açaí Refresher with lemonade and water! It’s awesome!! And a big thank you to Paige, Sammie, and the Manager Stacy! Great team work! You guy’s rock!

I was getting some goodies in my way to work and a few cars got in front of me in line. I thought for sure this would make me late, but this locations service was so expedient I was out with only an extra minute or two tacked on. Color me impressed :) fast, friendly service and my order was correct and tasted great. Very happy customer.

Out of all the starbucks Ive been to around Sac, this is my favorite Starbucks! They ALWAYS deliver on the orders with an awesome attitude and even though the line is long they are super quick to have your drink ready. You guys are awesome!!!
