Always listen well on orders and ask for your first name to greet you every time . Fast service and very friendly 😊

Have been to this place a few times now and they’ve gotten my order wrong the first few times but I completely understand being new and opening up and those first days have a lot of people. Staff is always so kind and friendly and very welcoming. I love that this Starbucks is so close to where I live and my experiences here have been nothing but great! Keep up the great work and thanks for coming to Rosemont!

Staff is super friendly. Even in the face of a frustrated customer they remained calm and kind. The store was very busy and the employees were making drinks as great as they could. As is typical they have lots of orders it took a while to get your order. The customer was unhappy at got long it was taking. I never heard the staff member raise her voice even though the customer was being rude. I’m very impressed with this store. The team was working hard and they handled customer dissatisfaction very well.

This is my new favorite place!
