The crust is thin to where you'd have to fold it in half just for everything to stay together just before you take a bite of a slice. I think it's mostly because they don't cook it long enough for the toppings to stay on the pizza without it falling apart. The flavor of the pizza was pretty tasty though. I ordered the Herald. They could be better about bussing the tables since it was dead and a lot of tables needed to be wiped off and there were enough employees to at least have one doing it. Unfortunately, I had to wipe my own table down so it wasn't really the best first time experience for me. I want to like this place so maybe I'll give it another try. Their garlic cheesy bread is also pretty good. Flavor-wise, it's pretty good but could use improvement in other areas. It's like a Piology style pizza place if you're not very familiar with Pizza Press like myself...

The pizza is good though I wish the crust was a little crisper. A nice selection of beer as well. You can personalize your pizza to your taste.

Compared to other places like this (Blaze and Mod) I'd say this one has the best tasting pizza. Their dough is really flavorful and a great texture and the choice of toppings is as good or better than the alternatives.

Great pizza! Staff does a wonderful job with handling the Gluten Free crusts- switching gloves, specific pans, clean brush for pizza sauce, & only one person handles the pizza from start to finish rather than passing it down the line like normal. Ciders available on tap & a great patio area. Looking forward to them offering a happy hour at this location
