Unfortunately this used to be my favorite place but with the new changes the selection is very low and bar food. Also the staffing and the timing for food has completely changed. Had brunch for Easter and the people who ordered first in our group has been waiting over an hour while the rest of us got our food already. They ordered three salads and a burger. Keep in mind someone else at our table ordered a burger way after and got there’s before the others got their food.
Such a nice place to hangout with friends and relax. I love the outdoor seating area and the tables with fire pits. You can even buy s'mores to roast!
I love the Grove so I was anxiously awaiting their reopening. I went last night and was disappointed. They still have wood fire pizza and dinner salads but the interesting array of dinner entrees is gone, replace by a pub menu. Unfortunately many of the menu items were too spicy for me. I love pulled pork, but had to pass because of the heat. I also loved their selection of desserts and would rave to my friends about it but now they just have bite size cupcakes, another disappointment. We often dined there several times a month, that seems unlikely now.
We missed the Grove while they were remodeling. Went last night after their re-opening. The new bar area is nice. But I was disappointed with the menu. I used to consider this a place to get a nice dinner; wide selection, creatively prepared. Now it seems to be upscale pub food. Hoping the "weekly specials" will replace some of that, but there weren't any (that I noticed) last night. They still have their lovely outdoor dining area that will make it a pleasant destination when we get back to our summer weather.
I was only there today to see the new FTR1200 models that Indian Motorcycle co. was promoting. But I have eaten there several times before. The food was always good and never a bad experience. It's a nice place to go eat out on the patio when the weather is good.
