This Fast-food Chicken restaurant is located in the California area .The store has a Rating post in the Window for the public to view.. The chicken is cooked to order.. The customers are able to purchase food using a credit cards or cash .The employees are friendly.. Restrooms are for the Customers Only!!!

I ordered a 6 PC. Wing combo with 3x$1 jalapenos. I waited 10 minutes for my order. While preparing it, the worker dropped one of the wings on the floor. She asked if she could replace it with a thigh, I agreed and reminded her to put my jalapeno peppers in the bag. She bagged it up and I left. I got home, and there were no peppers. I called and told her and she told me to come back tomorrow. So my son came over to take me back and I went in and told the cook what happened the day before. She offered me the peppers, but I declined. I asked her, "what am I going to eat them with?" So I asked for my $1 back and left. Such poor attitudes and customer service. Wth???
