El Pollo Loco

Went through the drive thru, seemed like everyone was having difficulty with their order. When I arrived home with my order it was wrong, but we ate anyways as we really didn't want to go back and wait to get it right. We had the 12 piece chicken, pieces are small but flavorful. Sides were not what we ordered but good enough to eat. It seems to be hit and miss when using the drive thru and I highly recommend taking the time to check your order before driving away.

Been a while since I have been here and I gotta come back more. Menu has changed and have a some great new stuff too! Fast service!

Yummy, fresh. Chicken good, beans, salad wonderful. Four stars because could not taste cheese in cheese enchiladas which were ordered as a side to family dinner.

Good food but bad service. They always seem to get my order wrong so you need to double check everything before you leave. They do that thing in the drive through when they make you wait in the front of the store.

El Pollo Loco has great chicken and have been a fan of it for years but this branch deserves 5 stars for the outstanding customer service they provide! They work very hard to get their orders out in a timely matter and always with a smile when they are really busy. Even apologizing for any wait! They also provide cinnamon and sugar chips while you wait or even for dessert if you eat there. All I can end this with is the owner of this restaurant trains her employees so that their diners have an outstanding experience!
