I liked the food and loved the mozzarella sticks. The only thing that could be changed is the service. It took a very long time to get our food.
Service was great and food came fast. The taste of the wings is one of the best around and the beer always taste fresh. Took my one year old daughter with me and had no problems at all with the atmosphere and level of noise in the place.
This place is a hit or miss for me. My man and I love to Togo some wings for a late night craving, or a chill dinner in. We usually opt for the mango habanero and a snack size of a dry rub he really likes. Sometimes the meat quality is super juicy and tender and other times it's way too dry. It won't stop us from coming back for a quick meal though, we always just hope for the best each time
It's a typically BWW but although our server and bartender were solid, the greeters/'front desk'/manager were absolutely clueless that the they were open. They were up front dealing with something trivial (sounded like personnel issues) and both when we entered and when we left I had to say "excuse me" because they were all standing blocking the narrow hallway that leads to the main dining room areas. I've worked in restaurants a ton, upscale and more typical franchise locations and this kind of thing needs to be handled behind the scenes or at least more discreetly. Professionalism guys, come on.
