Roscoe's Famous Deli

Giant portions, great staff, and an amazing atmosphere. Make you feel welcome from the start. Always had a great experience when I have gone there.

Positives: Clean, large portions, tasty food, peanuts!

Negatives: Music too loud, especially for 10:30 AM, servers share tables so you either get asked every few minutes if you need anything, or no one comes for ten to twenty minutes at a time. You have to ask anyone for the check, and then take it to them to ring up if you don't want to wait hoping that someone figures that out on their own. They have a children's menu, high chairs, and several tables had young children, but neither restroom has a changing table.

These have largely been my either at Heroes in Downtown Fullerton as well.

Cool crowd. Love the peanuts! Enjoyed this delicious big stick drink. After 10pm a DJ starts playing music. People dancing. Had fun.

The ambience says country bar with saw dust on the floor antique decor with a cool little liquor closet with a window display at the entrance. It's not exactly kid friendly but the staff is more than happy to accommodate them. No kids menu but there's stuff on the menu the kids can share with each other and or with adults. Portion size is big and the price matches what the serve not including the pasta dishes. The price to pasta dish ratio is a not to my like so I usually don't go to pasta here. Appetizers are big enough to he meals alone. Worth the money, the servers are great, you will never go thirsty. They serve the water and soft drink is huge glasses even then they are on top of refills. Bags of peanuts are given upon arrive and will be provided with more if you inquire. Dropping shells on the floor is allowed. Good for special occasions or just a family dinner.

This is a great place to go. The food was delicious, and the portions were huge. Next time my husband and I plan to share a meal. Free peanuts, and a deli right in the restaurant! Very cool decor and ambiance. Only negative thing is that we sat at the bar, where 3 workers there were chatting loudly, in the bar area. The whole time we were there. My husband and I were trying to chat with each other and have a relaxing lunch, but the 3 girls were talking loudly about very personal things. I wish they would have been a little bit considerate and more attentive to the customers.
