Hotties: Nashville Hot Chicken

Had Hotties a few weeks back and it was delicious. The place was barely open 3 weeks and you could tell that the staff was trying to fill orders as fast as they were coming in. John the manager was friendly offering sodas to those that had to wait, they were out of the Mac and Cheese I ordered for the family so I was given a $10 credit for my next visit which we are planning for this week. If you like it hot this is the place! We got mild and medium both were good, the kids loved the tenders and wifey had the sliders, while I went with the 3 piece. Worth the time I had to wait for the food!

Was excited to finally try Hotties after hearing so many good things. Its located in the middle of the mall so you can park on either side of the courtyard which is convenient. There was a line out the door but it moved quickly. Once inside theres not much seating but lots of outdoor seating. It's worth the wait! Staff is very friendly and service was excellent. The food was really good. I sampled pretty much everything and was really happy with it all. The fried chicken is about a 6 or 7 when it comes to spicy which is perfect! Outside is crunchy and spicy and the meat is very flavorful. I love that it comes with the bread to sop up the sauces and juices! A lot of people dont get the purpose of the bread. Chicken sandwich was yummy. Not spicy at all and really enjoyable. The fries are great with the seasoning on them and their sauce is good too! Definitely a 5 star for quality and just the fun of eating some yummy spicy chicken.

Chicken lack favor. The thigh breading is to thick and was falling off. The spice should be throughout the breading on chicken, not in one area. Slice toast soaked up oil from chicken . Super nice customer sevices. Sauce is great.

Their chicken was well cooked and the skin was crunchy but it lacked flavor. We got the mild and medium chicken tenders and the skin was falling off and we were only left with the white chicken inside. It was missing a lot of flavor on most parts and we only got parts of spicyness. I suggest adding more flavor to the sauce they use. It was okay but I wouldn't come back unless they changed the recipe.

So excited to find a Nashville hot chicken spot out in Chino Hills! I ordered the hot chicken sandwich medium and it was really bomb! The skin was crispy and dripping with hot sauce just right. The medium was a perfect level spicy for me but I might try to fire sauce next time. The chicken was cooked perfectly so that the meat was so tender and juicy!
We also got the truffle mac and cheese. It is pretty big and loaded with truffle oil and mushrooms.
Really friendly service and staff. They gave me a free drink since it was our first time.
Definitely will be back here and bring the fam next time!
