Chino Black Bear Diner

Words cant even describe the great experience I had at this restaurant, I decided to go grab a bite to escape my horrible day, and of all places Black Bear Diner reminded me how simple things can change my day, thank you for still showing this mad person kindness, great service, attention, amazing food, the absolute best dining experience in years, Hailey (waitress) you a great at what your doing! I wish I could say more about this place but o dont wanna bore you.... Absolute all around great place to eat!!!

Great regional chain diner! Excellent service. Cute, wonderfully kitschy bear motif throughout that makes me smile. I had a scramble, and there was a taco salad and a breakfast plate ordered at the table. Big Food. Excellent quality and delicious, so be not alarmed when you see massive plates on every table. Also feel free to ask for a box. They know how big their food is. They're cool about it. The service is friendly, attentive and prompt.

To anyone with food allergies, while they're not a specialized restaurant, the kitchen will work with you. I've developed a whole host of incredibly inconvenient food allergies (gluten, rice, peppers, potatoes, artificial dyes, most things that taste good...), and I was able to order a meal that was more than a salad without cobbling together twenty menu items. Our server made sure to note I have food sensitivities so I felt good about my meal prep without feeling like I was a pain... Wonderful! Thank you.

As a former diner dessert junkie, everything in the case looks like it's almost worth the misery (not quite) of the allergens inside... I can only imagine.

This place has great food. They fall short a star because they were out of an advertised dessert. The service was good and the decor is spectacular.

Would like to have had the Salmon. The server explained that they are looking for a new vendor to maintain a high quality product. The alternative, the pot roast was so delicious along with everything else. The corn bread, the bomb!
