Hummus Republic

I stopped by today for the first time and I wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. It's almost like Chipotle meets Mediterranean food and you are able to choose between Pita, Salad or a bowl and then comes the most important part....the Hummus and Spreads!! They had a good amount of meat and tons of fresh and pickled veggies to pick from. There was so many options and I just kinda went wild on my choices but picked a Pita, Olive hummus, tatziki, vegan beef, shawarma chicken, tabboleh, pickled cabbage and cucumbers and I don't remember the rest because Ohh it was delicious! I will definitely be returning and I can't wait to try everything else.

Tried this place for the first time and we loved it! A place like this is just my style, fresh ingredients and explosions of flavor. You can make it super healthy and they also have some toppings that make it a super yummy comfort food. Even my picky husband loved it (he loved the hot sauce and steak)! The drinks are really good too!

I love Mediterranean food, the different flavors are a Party in your mouth.
