“I don't really order anything fancy or super hard to make but when I order my iced green teas and passion teas I always say no cane sugar syrup. Then when I get my drink it still has the sugar syrup in it. I give up on this location when it comes to ordering iced anything so I just get hot black coffee. The people that work there are nice but the accuracy of the orders in the drive through aren't always consistent.”

“Nice little new place; been open a few months and 2 days ago was the first time dining there; nothing fancy but those are the best places to enjoy a good meal. I was a little skeptical due to the restaurant being empty but decided to try it anyways. I had the huevos rancheros beans and country fried potatoes. The food was warm and had an excellent taste. The gentleman that attended me welcomed me with a hand shake and was very professional and polite. I will be visiting them again.”

“Great ambience and easy location to get to. For the people aren't familiar with this type of restaurant, they serve sushi, mariscos (seafood) and birria... Hence the amalgam. Very authentic and delicious taste. I suggest trying their fresh sushi. You can tell they use great quality fish and take their time to serve you top quality food and service. Biscuit rolls are made old school style their deep fried in a pan not microwaved. I am definitely coming back here again. Maybe in about 2 weeks when I burned off enough calories to have a cheat day lol”

“This place is new and right down the street from where I live so I decided to try it. I was not disappointed. My meal was absolutely delicious. The broth wasn't bland, so much flavor! The only thing is the wait, but if you make a reservation it's better. It's likely you'll have to wait a bit even with a reservation, but that's what you get for eating at one of the best restaurants in North Beach. So worth it!”

“My family and I are Sunday regulars as it's the only day of the week we enjoy going out to eat. Our favorite time to go is during breakfast/brunch which is normally pretty quiet for the most part, aside from the other regulars and truckers we see every now and then. The quantity of food matches the price value in my opinion which is great compared to well-known big-chain competitors. The staff is very attentive and our food has always arrived quickly -- it helps that we always get the same thing + freshly squeezed OJ for the most part. From what I understand, this is a family owned restaurant, so you deal with most of the family members at different times. We like the fact that our son has pretty much grown up knowing most of the staff and his face lights up when we enter the establishment for breakfast after his toddler class at another local establishment. The reason for the 4 star versus the 5 star is simply based on the fact that as much as the food and staff are great, the overall appearance is a bit run down. It's understandable given that it literally sits at a parking lot for truckers and the sort. This place would surely benefit from a few upgrades in their furniture and bathroom as the booths can be quite uncomfortable. Besides that, this place has yet to disappoint in the 2 years we've been coming.”

“The food is consistently good and an average price for a sit down Mexican restaurant. The service is hit or miss because they split up the serving tasks among a few people. This means one person seats you. Possibly a different person brings the drinks, and a different person takes your order. Primary advise: DO NOT WAIT for the check. You will get frustrated waiting for the check. Just go to the front and they will find it. Often the check is waiting at the front but you are waiting at your table for the waitress to deliver the check.”
