“Haven't been here over 8 years. Forgot how the burgers taste like. And it was really good. And the service always friendly and great and fast. The only reason why I give a 3-star because of the price of the burgers. Just for a hamburger combo special I paid $10.49. that's how much I pay for a pastrami special at the Hat restaurant. I recommend this restaurant if you could afford it. Lucky for me I went alone today. And I am a family of four. But if you want a great tasting Burger come here and enjoy the great friendly fast service”

“This place is a hit and miss in my opinion. Sometimes it's really good, and the service is fast and the employees are friendly. Other times the food is dry and microwaved, it takes long, and the staff are rude. It really just depends who's there taking orders and making the food. Pros: Clean bathroom, clean tables Neut: Food, service, speed Cons: No AC, crowded parking I wouldn't say the food is authentic either. I got sick off of the carne asada burrito twice. The tortas taste really good in my opinion.”

“This location had gone through several change of ownership in the past. It's about time we get a good Mexican restaurant with reasonable prices and Fantastic customer service. You can tell Miguel (owner) takes pride in the quality of the food and is attentive to the service that the staff delivers. Ms. B's level of service was spectacular! Even though we showed up just before closing she was on her A game. She had a smile that was warm, inviting and every request was granted with the enthusiasm of the first one. You can tell she enjoys what she does. Keep up the great job.”

“I like Jack in the Box the one near by my house sometimes but the people that own it need to realize that they should hire people that are more experienced than the youngsters because they have more of an attitude because sometimes they make me feel that they don't want to work for Jack in the Box and it just makes me feel that they're just doing that just to make money that's all but there is other places in San Bernardino that they are good people that work really hard turn their keep at Jack In The Box and I really like that and I tried to go to places that have youngsters that are more cheerful and upbeat and always have a smile on their face in the end of their shift”

“I came in here with a friend to try it out, and ordered the BBQ Mix plate. It came with bbq chicken, beef, and short ribs with rice and mac salad. My friend got a katsu chicken, that is basically fried, krispy chicken. The food was very delicious, everything is made when ordered so it was fresh, not reheated, and service was fast. Definitely better than Ono Hawaiian. I really recommend 100%????. I will be coming here again.”
