TOM's Famous Family Restaurant

We (family & I) went here a while back the chef sucked balls... but we went back again today and asked for a different chef ti cook our food and the food was way better than expected very delicious Idk his name but he looked shorter that the other 2 chefs that were there and my girl said he looked gay.(Much respect) he knows how to cook. Hace him a nice tip.

There was a very long wait to take my order and to receive my order in the drive-thru, which was empty. When I got to the window, the cashier informed me that the iced tea machine was never turned on for the day. My club sandwich only had bacon, which was not crispy at all, on one of the four sections. I would like to think they were busy on the inside of the place but, I don't know. I may give this place another chance in the future but, not through the drive-thru. The stars are for the amount of fries and the friendly cashier.

They have great food but the service sucks. The girls in the back care more about there phone then getting an order right. They seemed less interested in their job and more of social interaction with each other. Took 30 minutes to get half our food, and 50 to get the last plate which was a dam club sandwich. We had more complicated foods that took shorter time and were either missing sides or the wrong ones. I love Tom's but this location isnt very good. It's worth the drive somewhere else.

Food is great. Everything is fresh made when you order it. If your looking for a small town atmosphere in the city...this is your spot.
