Maharaja's Indian Cuisine

So the food is very Delicious. I went for the lunch buffet, it's was Great! ,However if you do not like spicy foods be careful because a few things on at the bar was unreasonably spicy, I did end up speaking with a "Manager". She did make a suggests like i order off the menu so i
was the Only issue I had with the food apart from the Male Host. Normally when you go into a buffet the food isnt spicy, and normally there's no Salt or pepper for many reason but after speaking to manager she was Nice and remade a special place for me. So aside from the spice issue. This place was great the food was great the flavors are great the texture of food was great. Will be returning with many more friends if they can fix those issues.

Party on your palette! We love Indian food.. (really any kind of food) we have seen multiple Indian restaurants come and go in the High Desert. Really rooting for this one! Location is great for locals (11th and main). It’s nice big clean bright and elegant, casual friendly atmosphere. We stuck to our favorite Staples to compare them to what we’ve had at what we consider some of our favorite restaurants in OC.
They brought us Papadam with chutneys (the green one was spice and the red one was sweet but a little too thin for my taste.)
We ordered samosas, which were hot and very tasty, no need for salt! The chicken tikka masala was very tender and the sauce was thick creamy and buttery. The palak paneer was also thick and creamy and the cheese was very fresh. The vegetable biryani (rice) was delicious, authentically Indian with raisins and cashew nuts. We really appreciated the side of raita (yogurt) at NO cost, which other places don’t offer and if you ask or it they add an extra charge. Oh and their water was refreshing and clean tasting WITHOUT lemon, and they are open until 10 pm!
Highly recommend this place, food, cleanliness, customer service were all exceptional!

Night and day food quality vs the other Indian spot on Main Street.
Will have to put this spot into my weekly food rotation.
All the dishes from the buffet were delicious ????????. The garlic naan has fresh chopped garlic. Not a dark setting like most Indian restaurants I have visited. Lots of natural light coming in from the windows facing Main Street. Open atmosphere that makes a stranger feel welcome.

From what the lady cashier named Dee told me the cooks change out the buffet menu a few times a week.

The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. The staff was super friendly and kept checking up on us. Restaurant had an amazing atmosphere and food was served in a really reasonable time. Would definitely recommend, they won’t disappoint. The food is AMAZING!!! I can’t wait to go back. :)

Great food very friendly atmosphere with a really nice staff seems family owned Mom & Pop type of restaurant great place with really good service! Will definitely come enjoy the food & friendly atmosphere again!
