Serrano Buffet

All you can eat Lobster was delicious. Prime rib was perfectly cooked. So much to decide, I'm dizzy. Salmon was delicate. Clams were so good. Battered shrimp was tender and crispy. And the homemade ice cream was so creamy, and the perfect end to our night. Butter pecan was rich, and buttery. The vanilla was a creamy dream, and the chocolate was dark and rich. Our server May was terrific. She was so friendly, always checked on us when she passed by. She was on top of the empty plates, and made sure our drinks were replenished. And she did it with a lovely smile, even after 3 years of working food service.

The buffet is okay. But I feel that why don't they have salad in the morning time? because some people don't want to eat heavy food in the morning but I've been telling them this for years the answer I got from them is, "it's not the fact that we can't serve salad in the morning it's the fact that we have nobody to watch that area that's not true because I see people preparing for the lunch over there so it is someone over there but if you don't want to help your patrons by putting salad out there that's on them because it's people that I know want salad in the morning some people are on a diet some, people want to eat lite, some people want to eat it with their meal I don't understand but you know San Manuel they don't do anything until another casino does it!!!

First time eating at the buffet and it was extremely satisfying!! I'm used to spending over $200 eating seafood with my sister. This was only fraction of the price. I was expecting good food but that expectation was exceeded! I'm excited to go back when they have lobster night on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Seriously delicious.worth every penny.
