“1st time here. The service is so so nice. Quaint place. Diner food with good options. Right in the center of blue Jay and walking distance from Jensons. Parking was no issue. Very satisfied with our dishes. Our appetizer was fried artichoke hearts. The dishes we were happy with were the Pastrami burger which is a burger with pastrami inside. The Tri Tip Salad was good and proportionate to my appetite. The vibe was typical diner style but like I said the service made our trip so much better.”

“I really loved this place. Good drink options, fair price, fresh poke bowls that have a lot of flavor. No seating inside so you can sit outside in the sunshine by the lake. I got The Ripper Bowl and i ate the entire thing. The pickled ginger was such a lovely touch. I can't wait to try their acai bowls.”

“I came to lake arrowhead with my best friend for a day trip. I’ve lived in LA for 11 years and when I say that Jetties is some of the best food I’ve had while in CA, it is not an exaggeration. Plus you can’t beat that incredible view!i have dietary restrictions but was absolutely not a problem for them as they have gluten free and vegan options! Jake, the bartender, is so accommodating and nice and although he was hard at work he made us feel at home and very welcomed! 10/10 Would definitely recommend!!!”

“PERMANENTLY CLOSED, GONE, FIN The place is nice, well kept, clean. Happy hour is Sun-Thurs 3-6. The bar is definitely the focal point but it has a restaurant feel and lots of TV's (standard def except 1 above bar). The French Onion fondue was a tasty appetizer. I got an Amber brew, the wife H20. I got a brisket burger and garlic fries, she got sliders. Not very memorable...?. Come for the beer and sports, I'm sure the foods better when ur lit up!”

“Jake's on the lake is a small family-run Burger Shack where you can stop to fuel up on food and petrol for your boat. It's got a boat dock with 20+ slips, and a nearby store for ice, beer, and other lake-day edibles. You can get the Jake's on the Lake by boat or parking just off the highway. Be warned, there is limited parking above the boat docks & parking can suck. It gets pretty full during the summer with all the boaters taking up spaces for the day. Sad to say my review does not include the sampling of any food items, but I thought the pictures of the location and menu would be helpful. On the day we went to grab a burger and check out the views, there were a few people in front of us (family of 3). We were disappointed because ordering was taking an exceptionally long time (15+ min). The 15 yo girl working the window & taking payment seemed befuddled. We were going to eat, we heard the burgers are good. The long wait gave us time to reevaluate our choices. A Gourmet 1/3lb. burger with "The Works (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, American cheese, 1000 Island dressing)", an order of fries, and a drink was $18 (+tax & tip). I guess if you have a boat on the lake you don't much care about the prices and worry more about the convenience.”

“Lovely venue for an evening of entertainment in the Lake Arrowhead area. The event I attended was a community talent show - a first at this location. It was a well attended family event, and the cover charge was reasonable. An optional buffet was available which looked delicious, and they offer beer and wine at an affordable price. Parking can be challenging at popular events. Seating is communal at tables set for eight (the chairs quite comfortable). I'll definitely go back to the Tudor House, a must see place on the mountain.”

“Very attentive customer service. Food was of excellent quality. I had soup and salad this morning for brunch. Absolutely no complains. The lemon pepper chicken salad was fresh crisp and topped high with greens. My bowl of clam chowder was definitely home made and not from a can. Today was an ice cold day with the snow piled up high be everywhere. So the hot bowl of clam chowder really hit the spot. Very tasty ????. Not to mention beautiful Arrowhead lake view while you eat.”

“Went up to arrowhead with some friends to stay at one of their homes and this is one of the stops we took before we got on the boat tour of arrowhead lake. First and foremost, if you haven't taken the time to get out of Los Angeles to come to this area then do it. Most of the homes here are owned by owners that like to rent them out. It is a very nice hour to two hour drive to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The fresh air beats the smog and the night sky is beautiful. This is a great spot that has seats outside so you can drink it the atmosphere and the view of the lake. Great beers on tap and a very nice selection of bottles and cans. Just about any drink is in their arsenal. They have large tv screens that have their entire drink menu to make it easy to make your selection. The lake tours run around every hour or so and this a great place to wet your whistle so that you can enjoy the tour a little more. The tour guides do their best to make their corny jokes family friendly but the jokes to start to lose their luster after a couple of repeats. Thus, making a stop here is almost necessary. Drink, sit back and enjoy all of Arrowhead and its glory.”

“Let's start by saying this place has great customer service and the owner is super nice. The dining room is large and comfortable with a river rock fireplace, and the restroom is clean. This is a counter service restaurant and the soda fountain is self-serve, which I like. The brisket was tender but requires sauce (which they have a large variety of). We ordered vegetables and green beans for sides but I'm not sure he heard and gave us mac and baked beans instead. The bread was unusually hard, too. And I don't mind microwaved food but I'm not sure it should be so obvious. We really wanted to like this place because the owner is so nice and friendly, and the ambiance is great for a counter service establishment.”
