Kotsu Ramen & Gyoza

Incredible ramen. Ordered the vegan and the broth was so creamy and delicious. The tofu was well-marinated and the noodles very fresh. My only gripe was that the gyoza that I ordered were tiny; tasty but probably not worth it.

1st time trying them out, the front staff was welcoming. The venue is spacious and clean. I ordered a to go and only waited 10min or so, place was busy. Ramen was very good, pork cut thick perfectly seared and broth rich in flavor. Give this place a try.

Ramen is good, but they need to up their karaage game! The batter is thick (reminds me of popcorn chicken) and the meat tastes a little plain.The main star seems to be the sauce. IMO, a real karaage should be crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, typically marinated with sake and soy sauce.

Susana was very patient and helpful with explaining the menu to me as a first time customer! Even though she is vegan herself she had great knowledge of the menu! The food was amazing and love the Japanese beer!

Excellence!! We appreciate flavor!! We appreciate authenticity especially when it comes to FOOD!! 🍜 Location is great wasn't too crowded and my entire family enjoyed it! Very very delicious recipe here at Kotsu Ramen and Gyoza. Oh and by the way the videos were amazingly delightful and bursting with flavor! I got the Kotsu Flame which is the hottest one and it was just right if you like spicy!! My three-year-old daughter got the chicken and rice and whatever kind of sauce that is on the chicken is amazing! We appreciate you guys for the good food and good service we will be coming back and I recommend everyone to come try it!
