This is one of our favorite BBQ joints. Just a little hole in the wall, but wonderful ribs, chicken and brisket. The people who run it are very sweet and knowledgable and try to please. This is not a place you come to for the ambience (in fact, it seems that most of their business is take-out) but they'll make you feel at home and serve you REAL Southern BBQ, the way it should be.
Excellent food and service! Ribs were so tender, collards, mac/cheese and beans were excellent, can’t wait to go back. Truly a hidden diamond!
Simply delicious! I found this pop up BBQ location in Upland which primary does catering for events. After speaking with the chef/owner hearing about his passion for cooking as well as not selling anything that wasn’t up to par with his high standards. He’s even cooked for a few presidents. I ordered a full slab of ribs, pulled pork and smoked chicken. The food was so yummy!!!!
