The dishes were all very generous and the spices were extreme. I have to say the pinnaple bread and the scalop pancakes were my favorite. 5 stars, will come back again

The decor was great, spacious. Comforting, yet elegant. Plates are for multiple people and priced accordingly. The Dim Sum was phenomenal, although it was my first experience ever eating it. I had brought just my daughter so I ordered simple dishes to share with her. We ordered Chicken Chow mein and Orange Peel Chicken. Normally, my kid has a habit of not liking anything new to her taste buds at first, but this time she expressed how delicious the food was! I was so impressed with the quality of the dish and can't wait to try their more extravagant recipes.

It was my first time with my family here at China Republic. We eat authentic Chinese food often, but the food, menu, and service at this restaurant deserves 5 star. We even got to meet the chef! For the price and quality of food and service, this is a restaurant that my family will be coming to very often! I highly suggest you give it a try. (Dishes like the French style steak, dim sum, chow fan, green beans, and egg plant)

I find there is typically a twenty minute wait standard here but the food is so good it's worth it. The open dining hall atmosphere with bar and sports t.v.'s on the back wall allow for a festive dim sum arena. There are tables and booths in another section of China Republic that offer a more separate and personalized dining experience. Bathrooms are clean and wait staff are pleasant. Parking is lacking and dreary....but....the food. Prices are to be expected yet selection seems wanting.
