Omg they have the best rice and beans, everything that I've had is delish and real Mexican food. Tamales are bomb too.

REAL MEXICAN TAMALES! Seriously, THE best tamales this side of the border. AND they are made by hand. Do you know how many places I've tried in order to find a decent tamale? Over the years, at least 50! Every time a friend of mine would say "they have the best tamales over at _______" (pick a place) and I would go try them, only to be sadly disappointed. It was always a super thick layer of dry masa with a pinch of dry beef with too much sauce to try and mask the dryness! FINALLY, I came here to Mary's and I have hit the tamale jackpot! Da'yum! The masa is super moist and it's not thick. They put a thinner layer of masa around a GOOD amount of TENDER beef/pork/chicken. And just the right amount of sauce. Oh man! They are super moist and tender and SO GOOD!!! You won't be disappointed! (No, I promise, this is not an advertisement and I do not know the owners--I'm a foodie and this is just how I speak ????) Oh, and customer service? The best! It is a "mom-and-pop" place with a kind, welcome, and relaxing atmosphere. HAPPY EATING! ???? I'll post pics soon...
