Casa Rubio's Mexican Grill Restaurant

Great restaurant! The Mexican food was delicious. We had cheese quesadilla and beef flautas as an appetizer. Then I had a carne asada torta with fries. Everything was delicious and the service was great. Definitely coming back here soon

Everything about this place is great. This is definitely my new go-to Mexican restaurant in Rancho. The food was phenomenal. I ordered menudo (which they offer seven days a week), and my son got the chicken tenders. It was probably the best menudo I've ever had. They have three types of salsa and all three are super tasty. The chips! Those red and green chips you see in the picture are specially made and different in a very good way. The habanero salsa could be thicker, but the flavor was great. It's a small restaurant, but accommodating and relaxing. The music definitely helped create the authentic atmosphere. The owner is a very nice, helpful, and professional lady. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. Unfortunately, we ended up having to get our food to go because my son was feeling sick, but we'll definitely be back.

Wonderful new family owned restaurant! Not only are the owner and staff exceptionally friendly, but the food is authentic and delicious. The chips and salsa are undoubtedly the best I've had in the Inland Empire. If you are looking for good Mexican food, I highly recommend Casa Rubio's
