Fat Burrito

Excellent portion, good price, carnitas had lots of flavor, and hot salsa was on point!
Good all around. Only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is that it doesn't distinguish itself from other Mexican food and it's $2 extra to make it a wet burrito.

Really good soft tacos, puffy taco is worth trying at least once! A little pricey and heavy for my taste though. My new go to taco place.

The restaurant knows what they are doing! They serve these delicious Puffy Tacos, these are so delicious. Do not come to this restaurant and not try this!!! It's a must....lol Never fails my taste buds!!!

First and foremost, the flavors are very authentic. I'm wanting more.
The meats are seasoned and cooked to perfection, so as to bring a perfect respect for the animals that made them possible.
The menu is very simple yet loaded with possibilities.....just ask.
The three in-house salsas are amazing. The "hot" is indeed hot and flavorful, accenting perfectly anything it touches.
The portions are spot on appropriate for the prices. If you want a snack, they have it. If you want a feast, they have that too.
The pass window connecting the front of the house to the back of the house is wide open, so you can see your food being made and the care that goes into it. That's gold.
And most importantly, the staff. It's so very obvious that they appreciate their customers because they smile with their eyes and they will accommodate any request that they can. That too is gold.
So stop in and see for yourself the treasure Alta Loma has acquired, then tell everyone you know...and maybe a few strangers too.

New place for Mexican food. I really like their style of food. Different and more authentic than the usual places around here. Try the Puffy Tacos!! They're really good. Staff is super nice, lots of parking and seating area is nice. Small and quaint, perfect for a quick lunch.
