Place an order for a delivery, which never arrived. Tracking information provided by text never updated properly, continuously stating the driver was either on the way to the restaurant or at the restaurant.
Tried to contact the location by phone, but they were not available. Continuously received a grating dial-up kinda tone before the call would die out.
So in short, the order for which I paid never arrived, and I have no means of contacting anyone to figure anything out.
Edit: I went in person to resolve this issue, and they were nice enough to apologize, provide me my meal, and refund me the full amount. Still not quite satisfied they did not answer their phone, but at least they attempted to rectify things.
They have some good customization options here, all of the ingredients tasted fresh, and the pizzas were cooked to perfection. I loved the pizza that I had and my neice definitely loved her pepperoni and salami pizza. It's a little pricey for pizza, but there are endless flavor combos, and it is fun to pick your toppings and create your own unique pizza.
Excellent vibes and super attentive service. The food was crisp and enchanting. Will definitely recommend this restaurant to others. Convenient prices and large meals. Great work.
Nice, clean location. There's plenty of room to sit down inside and a neat patio. The service is good and the workers are helpful when deciding toping and different options. They also have draft beer.
We came at Blaze Pizza on February 28, 2018. The girl at the front to take our order was relatively patient as we were not familiar with the process. During the pizza making process, they were nice enough to explain everything to us when we asked regarding the toppings: meats, cheeses and vegetables. The waiting time was short - about 6 to 7 minutes. The pizza was okay and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would give them 5 stars but they had several tables that were not cleaned down. However, we were satisfied with the overall experience and hopefully we will come here again.
