Cara Mia Italian

The food was very good, had amazing sauces, and had great vegetables! Best Italian in Cali! I ordered the grilled salmon and the herb sauce paired with the fish was amazing. The vegetables were cooked to perfection as well. The ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful and truly made me feel like I was in Italy????. The service was quick and everything was thoroughly cleaned! I’ll say it again, best Italian in Cali! I recommend this place for authentic Italian and a great experience! 15/10????

Cara Mia was certainly a transformation from it's predecessor, Antonino's, but all 'good', I assure you. The quality of the food was certainly not overlooked, the taste was simply authentic, and the prices were surprisingly affordable. And just to to it all off, Veronica, from Elvira's, is managing Cara Mia, and expectedly she's done a marvelous job. I will be returning with my family, for more conversation with the proud GM, and that delicious Cioppino.

We tried this place Friday and are back for a pick up order today...where oh where can you still find amazingly, succulent, authentic Italian food...Cara Mia!!! Please do yourself a favor and stop in, I promise you, you won’t regret it! I’ve had the spaghetti Fresca with gluten free pasta, and the Parmesan with gluten free pasta, and my oh my!!!!’ ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My girlfriend has the baked spinach and cheese raviolis (I snuck a bite, and I almost melted with delight!!). That you Cara Mia’s for bringing this gem to Rancho.

Great food and fresh bread made daily at the restaurant. Very friendly service. Definitely come back
