Just decided to drop by. Glad we did. Had the Beef & Chicken Kebab. It was delicious. Rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Had great conversation with bartender. Was a pleasant experience.
A hidden place that is sure to impress. Don’t let the looks deceive you. The food was very delicious and flavorful. Got the combo for two and hummus with pita bread. Would highly recommend.Mark was so kind to us.
The Lamb was amazing, my husband loved it! The chicken shawarma was ok. We also had feta fries and tabouleh. The feta was fresh and delicious. I really liked the condiments but would have paid more for more hummus, the portion was too small. You can definitely tell where they are skimping maybe to save…French fries were skinny and greasy. Tabouleh was very fresh and loved the flavor but it had a lot of stems and parsley was pungent (maybe over processed in food processor?) the most disappointing was rice and bread. Rice was reg long grain rice and a little gummy. Bread was cold and stale. We ate on a Sunday night so maybe that’s not the best time for freshness. My ice tea was very stale and I couldn’t drink it. Service was ok, once we got our drinks right she was nice and did her best. My husband will def come back for Lamb chops, he really liked them and he’s not as picky nor has he worked in fine dining as I have.
Our bartender / waiter was very personable and added to the overall pleasant experience. We had the fried frog legs along with the Armenian salad and they were good. The drinks were also very tasty. I don’t recommend the Falafel it was too greasy.
