(June 8, 2021, 2:00 am)We've used Top Shel Chicken at one of our events. They were VERY professional, yet very southern about the way he took care of us. The food was on time, nice and hot and delicious..We are definitely calling Chef Escobar at Top Shelf Chicken again at our next event.
