    Very clean! Very reasonable! Fast service inside. Outside drive thru not so good. Very busy between noon and 1:30.

    I truly love this location in redlands. the staff are the best. so friendly and patient. I live in san Bernardino and will go to this location. food is always fresh and hot and tasty.

    Used to love their chalupa but now its stale and chewy. Definitely avoid for now.

    That being said: their spicy potato soft tacos are amazing.

    This Taco Bell location is always such a pleasant experience for me. The people that have helped me here are always extremely courteous. While waiting for my order and seeing how the people that work here interact with each other, I can see that they have a very positive and efficient team relationship. That might seem like a weird thing to say but I come here a lot and seeing people happy while working is really something to be valued. It says a lot about their management and the company as a whole.

    Out of my many visits to this location I've only had ONE mix up with an order. I brought the issue to their attention and it was quickly resolved. I didn't feel like an annoyance at all. The people here are very friendly, they are happy to help, and they truly value their customers.

    I love Taco Bell. This location is just the cherry on top...or maybe the jalapeño...idk... ANYWAY IT'S GREAT! Thanks!

    I'm 50 now and the recipe is still the same on the menu. Delicious food; but eat there moderately. It's fast food come on
