    Trying to eat more healthy. And this beats any hamburger or taco place. Plus it tastes delicious. To bad there are not more of them around. Bit pricey, but what isn't these days.

    Good food. A little more expensive than you might think ($20 for 2 people). FAST service. Clean restaurant. TVs playing Food network. No high chairs for the little ones. Self-serve sauces. 2 restrooms.

    I was introduced to Flame Broiler back in 2010 when I moved to Newport beach. They have never let me down. They provide fast, healthy and delicious food. I always get the bowl with veggies and brown rice. I've had both the chicken and the beef bowls. Make sure to use the magic sauce (one little plastic to-go cup amount is perfect).
