Bluewater Poke

This Poke location could be considered hole in the wall. Very limited seating, mainly built out as a to go place, they nevertheless have fresh and tasty poke. They have traditional toppings which are all tasty. Had salmon, ahi, and spicy tuna, all tasted fresh, unlike some of the other poke locations in Redlands. Location is convenient, although it maybe hard to see the shop from the street if you don't know exactly where it is, so nice it is in the middle of a strip mall type building. Was very pleased with my lunch, and I plan to return!

Food was good! Parking is easy and the workers were very helpful! They had a good selection of drinks, too

This is a small, extremely clean, and sheik place to grab an excellent poke bowl. The service is polite and very helpful; providing recommendations for toppings, sides, and drinks. The portion sizes are healthy and the price is good. Definitely worth a stop in for a healthy change of pace.

I really love this place, VERY much because they have the most fresh ingredients around town. The service/quality is always great. Lately I have been noticing that they have been hiring a lot of new people (and I understand because its a new facility) but the serving sizes have changed. I used to order a 2 scoop bowl because it would fill me up, but all the new employees seem to barely put anything in the bowl. I eat Poke very often to know a good portion size, and its kind of disappointing that I feel like I pay $9+ dollars for a bowl of rice. I hope management sees this and addresses it asap! Other then that, they deserve 5 stars. Thank you Bluewater Poke team!

This is an absolutely fantastic poke spot. They have more varieties of proteins than any other shop I have been to. The owners are very nice, seem to care a lot about their customers and ensure that all the ingredients are the freshest they can be. I enjoyed a three scoop combo and each one of the proteins was fantastic and the add-ins really made it. The lady owner even made me a custom sauce to my liking and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend Bluewater poke to anybody!
