There have been a handful of times where they syrup amounts weren't correct or there were ice chips in my order, but for the most part they are good and friendly. This is the smoothest shaved ice. I will not eat snow cones because you can't go back to anything less than this once you ha e tried it.

(September 8, 2021, 1:30 am)We like coming to this place. I personally love the Caribbean Cola. The price is right and customer service is great. The shaved ice 🍧 is delicious ! We have almost tried every flavor they have. I strongly recommend especially if you have little ones. Perfect for a hot day!!

Tons of flavor and Natural options of no added sugars which is awesome to see. High quality all around and a great experience for adults and kids
