    What a great new option for Redlands! An easy way to introduce plebs to a world of satisfying raw seafood varieties and a flavor wheel to explain all their sauces! Local beers on tap and fun sodas. Don't worry about sickness from raw fish: the food is kept VERY cold. Avocado was almost frozen! But, delicious!
