    Very fast service. Staff friendly and helpful. The food tasted very good. Parking outside was easy. My kids loved this place. First time for them. My only visible complaint was the messiness. Lots of food on the floor and tables seemed to not be cleaned often, due to busy staff serving customers.

    AMAZING customer service! My gift card was $2.50 short and when I reached in my purse for my wallet, I realized it wasn’t there!! ???? They said, “no worries, the rest is on us!!” I couldn’t believe how kind they were about the whole situation! They didn’t give me even a little bit of a hard time or made me feel guilty! Even so, I went out to my car and scrounged up $2.75 in quarters and took it back in. Thanks Chipotle Rialto! You’re my favorite!!????

    I love their chicken salad in a bowl delicious and hot and your choice of toppings , beans and cheeses with lime salted chips

    Really liked this experience, I've been to different Chipotle's and this has been the most welcoming. They greeted as you entered and gave good recommendations. I also liked how they gave the a sample of the meats so that you can pick comfortably.
    Thank you to this team.

    Only recommendation would be salt and pepper shakers or packets.
