    Dining room was dirty, salsa bar was not stocked and a mess also, took 10 min to receive my order, ( FOOD WAS DELICIOUS). Had the new tostadas, good size, ingredients where fresh looked like the picture in advertising

    Took my husband to eat for our 27th wedding anniversary.Its my husband s favorite restaurant.He loves chicken.Ordered the Chips & Guacamole.Guacamole was so fresh and good.

    Quick service but service was lacking. I've noticed the more workers you have the less active they are at providing good service. I think the supervisor was there, maybe that's why. Not sure. I've heard some are very picky and get upset at workers for giving "too much of anything." Our large sides weren't full, but a bit half way. Plus we ordered a large amount of chicken and I'm sure we didn't get the right amount. Didn't bother counting it. I was being treated by a relative from out of town. Didn't want to complain! Besides that we love Pollo Loco including the kids.
