I would give them a lower score but it was very, very busy as it was Super Bowl Sunday so they get a 3. It not only took 40 minutes for one 10 piece wing order but we had to watch 3 or 4 people we saw come in and order after us receive their orders and leave before us. Our 1st experience with their wings was eh. I ordered some kind of bbq wings and regular hot wings. Not too impressed with the wings but I must say the fries were excellent. I feel for the employees because they were working in very tight quarters and again, it was Super Bowl Sunday but they were unorganized and I didn't see clear leadership. This could have been because there we're SO MANY PEOPLE in such a small area
