    First time visit. Hubby said "can't wait to go through all the items on the menu". Very nice people and place.

    A quintessential spot in San Francisco; an absolute gem! The service and quality of food is fantastic while the ambience transports you to a simpler time in this City. The oyster selection changes daily and the menu, though limited, is robust and will serve any appetite. Go early or late as the line builds up quickly and it is "first come, first serve" as no reservations are taken.

    Great lunch specials. Serves wine and beer only. Lasagna dinner with salad at a great price of 10.95. owner Kay Salazar does her own baking of pies, cakes, cookies and brownies.

    We decided to go here on our "first date". It could not have been more perfect!! Our server, Reina, is the Granddaughter of the owners, Ignacio and Kay Salazar. She kept us smiling and timed our course deliveries perfectly!! We have definitely found "our place".

    Good food and slow service. The slow service was due to just 2 servers and a busy night. But very enjoyable.
