Attention Mr. George the owner of the restaurants. All the George's restaurants I have been too have great cooks, food and customer service. Unfortunately, the customer service I received at this San Bernardino, Mt Vernon George's was horrible. My purchase was $15 and some change. I paid with my card and the lady charged my card $20 without informing that she would charge my card $20 and gave me change. I asked why and her response was because thats what we do here. I really found that disrespectful not too even ask me for permission to do that. What if all I had in my account was $16. George if this is how costomers are being treated at one of your restaurants, I definitely understand why the place is so empty compared to your other restaurants. Please take the time and visit this place and correct the discrepancies your customers voice.
