    Was kinda dirty but food was good. I caught them during rush hour so I guess I cut them some slack.

    Staff is super friendly and always recommend a better deal of there is one available. The inside is maintained very well as well.

    Taylor was awesome. She made me feel welcomed with her warm smile and friendly customer service. Monica also surpassed my experience with her good vibes and service. Look forward to coming back next week.????????????????????

    Customer service was exquisite my tender was Taylor, not only was she cute. She was polite, friendly jand bubbly great job Taylor keep the positive vibes going and monica was the one who gave me my food not much interaction with her but when we did she was friendly as he**. Also they both kept a smile on there face the whole time I ate there. One more thing I'd like to add the homie went after me and got his food before he was even done paying for it.

    Not every Pollo Loco will be the same, but this one is perfect. For example the (GREAT) salad doesn't use cheap ice berg lettuce, while the other one in highland DOES use ice berg lettuce.
    Just remember to remind them about forks if you order a side. They tend to forget that.
