Yummy drinks and food. Employees at great super friendly and helpful.

The service and quality of the food here is really good my only issue would be that some days they provide military discount and some other days they don’t. I’m not sure why that is.

Customer service is just fine but everything else is just gross. The donuts leave an after taste, the hot chocolate tastes bitter,y mother told me her girl scout coffee was good at least.

Also huge bathroom problems, the toilet was broken and no changing table at all?

Amazing staff and customer service (hello Amber and Adrianna ????) and the coffee is awesome! I go to this location multiple times per day, every day (and locations throughout SoCal) and I recommend/rate this particular store on Mountain Avenue in Upland, CA the absolute highest! All stores are not the same, this one is the best by far.

I live 11 miles away from this location and I don't complain travelling that few just to get my Bavarian donut but unfortunately on my last visit last night, I got disappointed. Instead of getting 3 Bavarian, I got lemon filled donuts instead! And I don't like lemon.... .maybe next time, make sure your customers get what they ordered.
