Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food seemed cold, and the workers gave me less of the average portion of meat to not have to get another tray of it. Must have been a bad day.

I LOVE Chipotle! And so does my whole family. We now probably go at least 2-4 times per week. We have been to several locations and are always greeted with great customer service.

However, this location in Upland really stands out to me. Everyone on the line gives us warm smiles, remembers our names, and brightens our day. They do more than just serve us delicious, nutritious, affordable food! Always give us plentiful portions.
Over the past 3 years they have seen our 2 little kids start to grow up and are so helpful (and even look happy to see us even though we always make a huge mess when we dine in due to the messy toddler, and baby eating from the high chair).

I know there are so many people at this location I would love to thank, but most recently two days ago the front line employees of Lillian, Savanna, Kaylee, and Tina were just amazing. Thank you for ALWAYS providing amazing customer service and being a big reason why we are continual repeat customers.

A nice Chipotle store. Line moves fast. Food is fresh. The parking lot can get a bit crazy.

Always the best choice for a quick dinner

I’ve had a lot of issues with skimped portions and clumsy new workers at this location vs the others. My family and I drive an extra few miles to the mountain location sometimes because they are MUCH better. More relaxed, better as a working unit and the right sized portions. Sometimes I do get a good amount of food here & and have no issues.
