“If you are looking for BOMB Indian food and good people to serve you, this is the place. Got sick from the other Upland Indian food place up on Foothill one night and we kinda gave up on Indian food for a bit. One night we said "hey, let's try that place off the freeway." Popped in and got blessed for the decision, great food and service. We even got to experience an Indian wedding that was going on in the ballroom behind us while we waited for our takeout. It was a beautiful occasion. Nice people, with a HUGE vegetarian menu. Recommended across the board. We heart Swad.”

“I would have totally given one star, if not for the manager. I ordered two item, straight from the menu, and was about to leave. When looking through my bag, the entire order was wrong. When I went back in to see about a solution, the same person who messed up before tried giving me the exact same wrong items. The manager stepped in and made sure everything was fixed. “I came to this Carrows restaurant just to get dessert. The location is clean and has booths and dinner seating. What I found extremely odd was that they didn't have a dessert menu. Nowhere on their resume could I find desserts. Our waiter was an older man , extremely nice and he was actually the one to inform us that they didn't have their pies and desserts on the menu. I had a slice of Apple pie with vanilla ice cream and some coffee. Everything was tasteful.”

“I love The Sand Witch, it is by far one of the best sandwich shops in Upland. I'm always more than happy to support local business and The Sand Witch does not disappoint. My husband and I love to meet here for our lunch dates when in town and have been coming here since before it was sold a couple years ago. I am so happy they've kept everything pretty much the same. “My wife and I enjoy the pizza here. We live in Henderson Nevada and when we travel from there to Los Angeles, we try and make a stop over for the pizza. Today was especially great because we were traveling with a disabled dog. We asked for permission to allow the dog in while we enjoyed our pizza. The manager was very accommodating and allowed the dog to come in while we ate. It is this kind of sympathy for disabled dogs that made us appreciate Z Pizza even more. Thanks for all you have done. A definite 20 on a scale of 1 to 5.”
