Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

It was my 1st time at Red Robin. I ordered the Burnin Love Burger w/ the homemade Salsa on the side & the Yukon Chips. The burger was delicious, juicy, & had a great char flavor. The Yukon Chips were horrible. They were not crispy, more like soggy & greasy. My boyfriend ordered the Smoke & Pepper Burger w/o Ketchup & Steak Fries. He loved his burger & the char flavor as well. His fries were delicious. I ended up just eating the steak fries as well, because after ordering a second round of Yukon Chips & them being the same as the 1st batch. I said forget it. Our waitress Elizabeth Ann was nice & informative. As far as cleanliness they could do a better job at wiping the tables & chairs down, as well as sweeping/mopping up spills on the floor.

Great food but customer service at the bar was shabby. Waitress nor the manager could explain the issue with the rewards program. However, this won't stop me from dinning here again.

My friend and I love going to Red Robin for burgers and a cocktail. I got a cheeseburger and bottomless fries. She got a double tavern burger with cheese and the fries. We both got screaming red zombies, our favorites. The burgers were done just right, the fries hot and crispy, the drinks were perfectly made. We love this place!

Everything is good. I really like the prime rib philly. They use to have big and very good zucchini, served in a basket.But now it's the same recipe but the pieces are small and served on a plate, not to thrilled about the change. I love fried zucchini, so I will always rate it at every restaurant.

My grandkids love Red Robin. We've been to several different ones and they are not all equal. This one however is very good. There is always a wait for a table but they take your phone# and send you a text when your table is ready. This is very cool if the location is in our just outside a Mall, which this one is, a plus to there excellent customer service. They have bottomless fries and this RR paid attention and we never ran out. The order was delivered hot with no errors. Drinks were kept full and the burgers were excellent, cooked as ordered. And lastly we always get the Mud Pie and 3 spoons. It's not as big as it use to be but still worth it. It's very good and the girls love it. A must try. Highly recommended.
