McDonald's

Always packed and a guaranteed grouch or two in line but the staff stays cool and calm. If you want 5 star service than I suggest going somewhere else.

After dropping my car off next door at O'Reilly Auto Parts, I had some time to kill so I headed over to McDonald's for a quick bite/late lunch. This establishment was very clean and the staff were very sweet. After placing my order I only had a short wait before my burger was ready and I enjoyed every bite! I even used their restroom before leaving and was impressed with the cleanliness inside there as well! Great McDonald's!

MacDonald is a long established business. Customer service is good but with all due respect it can be better I don't see that many smiling faces. I don't want their expressions to be super facial. From what I know they work long irregular hours and I realized its tiring sometimes. And people including myself need to give them more praise and be more appreciated. And I love the breakfast with the biscuit sausages and eggs with Miilk or orange juice and a little strawberry jam.

McDonald's is the same most everywhere. Many are upgrading to placing your order at a kiosk. This was such a place. I personally prefer this modern method to getting my food because everything is easier to read, it's user friendly, and I don't have to interact with an order taker who is difficult to hear (no fault of theirs). The less than five star rating has to do with the rest rooms. The blow dryers are barely useful. They think they are saving money but one would question if they considered the increased cost of paper napkins they absorb is equal to the savings realized by the elimination of paper towels. I personally know of no one who prefers the blow dryers!
