The Don Kabob

Walked in to check the place out. I had heard good things from a friend who works Nextdoor. The place is very new, aside from the digital menu, there wasn’t much in the way of imagery yet to get an idea of portion sizes and platter arrangements which is understandable. They told me that they had just opened a few days ago.

I wanted to give them a try and ordered the Chicken Shawarma plate with a side of fries and drink. It took a bit long to make the order, but it was worth the extra time as it was absolutely delicious! I’m sure the wait time will go down as they refine their methods, but this wasn’t an issue. If the food is great, it’s worth the wait.

The rice is seasoned very well and the chicken was moist and tasty. The fries went very well with the garlic sauce and the pickles were excellent. I’m definitely returning to try the shawarma fries.
Glad to have another Mediterranean option in the desert.👍🏼

I ordered the Beef Shawarma wrap and cheese samosa! I will say the wait was about 20-25m. I’m glad I had time. Tip: if you’re on the run, I’d suggest order ahead! Food was worth the wait, really enjoyed the beef and the cheese samosas I would order 5 orders to go if I could with garlic sauce on the side. Definitely a must try! I’m happy there’s a new restaurant in town that’s very different than what we have. Welcome Don Kabob!

What a vibe! There definitely was a bit of a wait time considering it was a soft opening and only 3 people working the full day. I understood and didn't mind waiting, and once I actually received my food oh boy. The food was very very delicious 😋. The creamy garlic sauce especially was my favorite so far. I have yet to try the other sauces. My boyfriend ordered the Beef plate which was just incredible, very tasty. I ordered the chicken plate and I loved it, the rice was perfect. I am definitely coming back to try the other items!!!

So glad we got to visit this new family owned restaurant on their soft opening day! We drove about an hour away to try this food and we were not disappointed. Yes, there was a long wait but it is understandable as it was a the first day open ! To our delight, the great taste of the food made up for it! My fiancé ordered the beef shawarma pita and I got the chicken shawarma plate and a side of fries and it was bomb!!! The hummus was different then what I usually see but it was so good and went so well with all of the ingredients in the food! (I enjoyed dipping my fries in the hummus as well!) Also, really enjoyed the atmosphere, the artwork was so aesthetic and the music was a vibe! Will definitely be returning to try all of the items on the menu!
